Labor dispatch as a new form of employment has been introduced in China formore than30years, which development is very rapid. The labor dispatch has someadvantages as it is used to reduce labor costs and improve economic efficiency ofenterprises. These advantages attract many domestic banks selected the labordispatch form to get employees. With over sixty percent financial enterprises choosedispatched employees in the industry of using labor dispatch, and the proportion ofemployment which is main body status in the banking industry is also high. In recentyears, the number of labor dispatch employees is also on the increase with the rapiddevelopment of the joint-stock commercial banks. In the joint-stock commercialbanks, the labor dispatch employees are mainly distributed in the bank as thefirst-line position, which are the bank employees of directly facing the customers. Forthis reason, their work satisfaction directly impact on bank services evaluation of bankcustomers, and thus has an impact on the short-term benefits andlong-term development for bank. So, the research of labor dispatch employees’ jobsatisfaction is very necessary.Firstly, determine the research object in this paper, and explain the joint-stockcommercial banks, the meaning of the labor dispatching employees and job satisfaction.Secondly, the study states the research approach, measuring tools and methods for thesimple instructions of job satisfaction. At the same time, summarizing the theory andempirical basis of job satisfaction, which to support empirical studies of labordispatching employees’job satisfaction of joint-stock commercial banks in this paper. Inaddition, reference the existing research results of the job satisfaction and combine withthe consulting in the bank to the situation. Then builds the framework and assumptionsof job satisfaction research. The research framework includes seven individualcharacteristic factors and six factors associated with the job of the labor dispatchingemployees. Then, carry on the questionnaire survey that chooses some labor dispatchemployees of four joint-stock commercial banks in Taiyuan questionnaires. Collect thequestionnaires and use SPSS19.0statistical software for data analysis. After theempirical analysis, obtained the following conclusions:(1) Work in return has thehighest degree in the influence of bank labor dispatch employees of the six first levelindexes with the work related;(2) Demographic factors of gender impact on bank labordispatch employees’ job satisfaction was not significant, while the remaining six factors have more significant influence on it. Finally, the paper put forward somecountermeasures and suggestions for joint-stock commercial bank management of thelabor dispatch staff from the welfare, staff training, promotion and personaldevelopment according to the results of the empirical analysis.
