Some villages through farmers work together to solve the medical problems of the farmers. But the power of the farmers, after all, is very limited, the establishment and development of rural cooperative medical insurance for the promotion of rural development and narrow the gap between urban and rural medical situation and building a moderately prosperous society building has a very large significance, and its importance is also growing by the government attention.In order to solve the medical problems of farmers, the new type of rural cooperative medical care system developed a lot of experimental work throughout the country in2003.NRCMS since first implemented around the farmers and the government are very welcome, given the very high importance to its development momentum in full swing in2008, has been basically completed in the country covering. To establish a scientific and effective new rural cooperative medical evaluation index system is of great significance for the development of new cooperative medical care.
