From2002to2010ftaslashing tariffs on stage, China and the association of southeast Asian nations carryed outChina-ASEAN framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation.In Guangdong province in China considering the forefront of reform and opening up,after30years of development, great changes have taken place. It has become the first bigeconomic province in China, however, in the process of development, the socialcontradiction within Guangdong province becomes prominent. The focus of thecontradictions in the pearl river delta and the west, and north Guangdong mountainous areaof Guangdong gap is more and more big. Under the background of CAFTA construction, Guangdong aslong closing trading partners of the association of southeast Asian nations, should take fulladvantage of this opportunity.Zhanjiang is the main research object of this paper.
