Research Oninfluencing Factors Of China’s Listed Life Insurance Companies’ Solvency

With the continuous improvement of the degree of openness of the insurance industry, and the development of financial innovation and financial institutions blurring of the distinction, insurance companies are facing more and more risk. The solvency position of the insurance company is the most important part of the evaluation of insurance companies operating risks, and thus often become the foundation and core of the government and external supervision. Lack of solvency of insurance companies will not only endanger the interests of its clients, affecting the healthy development of the insurance industry, and would damage the stability of the entire financial system, and thus a threat to the healthy development of the national economy and social security system perfect. Therefore, exploration and analysis of influencing factors of the solvency of insurance companies, whether it is in promoting the development of the company or risk prevention has an important significance.In this paper, take three listed China Life, Ping An Life Insurance, Pacific Life Insurance life insurance companiesfor example, select14from the perspective of internal and external influencing factors, and2006-2012data for the study sample, by affecting the three life insurance companies solvency internal and external factors gray relational analysis, to quantify the degree of influence of various factors solvency, and sorting and comparison of various factors on the impact of three life insurance company solvency position. Finally, on the basis of quantitative analysis, give some measures for life insurance companies to improve the the solvency position, and put forward some proposals that how to improve the efficiency of solvency regulation for the regulatory authorities.
