With the globalization of economy and technology, the market marketing management has become increasingly important, and corporate management elite would have realize it, but, in our country, most of the enterprise marketing management effect is poor, although developed a detailed marketing plan, but it can’t ensure that these plans were implemented effectively, meanwhile when the external environment changes, no one can’t timely response it, therefore, in marketing management, it’s very obvious that the marketing control will become increasingly important and urgent for Chinese companies. At present, in our country, the academic study of the marketing control theory, basically copied from Philip Kotler’s marketing control modes, and neglected the control of the marketing process. In this paper, based on the system research of control theory of enterprise marketing, W company as an example of the research of marketing control, based on Philip Kotler’s marketing control theory, the related methodology of marketing process control, combined with project management ideas and IT technology, this article try to design an efficient marketing control system for enterprises.In this dissertation, the marketing control theories and methodologies was elaborated, which combined with the marketing status quo and the problem of marketing control, worked out an entire marketing control system for W company, its include marketing control’s object, principle, content and method, and from many perspectives, such as the safeguards of organization, system, customer service and marketing audit, the marketing control system of W company was elaborated comprehensively, in order to provide a guide for W company to implement the marketing control system in w company, meanwhile, it will provide a best marketing control practice for the smart card industry.
