| Agricultural circular economy is a new concept and strategy. As the base of respecting of the ecosystem, the law of the socio-economic system and limited agricultural resource, through technological innovation and organizational systems change, adjust and optimize the economic structure of agriculture, increase the material energy multi-stage recycling use of agricultural system, and take strictly control the putting of external harmful substances and generating of agricultural waste, as well as the protecting of the quality of agricultural products, reducing the damage to ecology and pollution to environment in the maximum extent, make sure agricultural production and living integrated harmoniously into the cycle of agro-ecosystems, so that agriculture ecosystems and human social&economic systems combine organically. Its substance is make sure the agricultural economic activities ecological, technological, industrial and circular, it is a new development mode to be coordinated reciprocally among population, resources with environment.Through field research, systems analysis, summarized, summary of the situation of Gansu agricultural circular economy development, this paper research the actual factors that affect and restrict the development of Gansu agricultural circular economy, build a realistic comprehensive evaluation index system to evaluate the agricultural circular economy development, hoping to help improve the efficiency of Gansu agricultural production and further enrich the connotation of agricultural circular economy.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters, the first is the introduction part, pointed out that the research background, significance and methods. The second one is theoretical part, laid a theoretical foundation for the study of the subject by sorting out the theory of circular economy and agriculture circular economy. The third part, we analysed the situation of Gansu agricultural circular economy and its developing SWOT analysis. Chapters fourth and fifth are the core of this paper, in chapter fourth, through the establishment of agricultural circular economy comprehensive evaluation index, we did a quantitative evaluation for Gansu Agricultural cycle economic development system that getting a comprehensive reflection of the level of development of Gansu agricultural circular economy. According to Gansu agricultural zoning, in the firth part, we put forward contrarily practical agricultural circular economy development model. The sixth chapter is about to how to develop Gansu agricultural circular economy sustainably and proposed four aspects of its policy recommendations. |
