The Research On The Development Of Recycling Agriculture In Gansu Province

With the reform and opening policy in China, the development of agricultural economy in Gansu province made a great achievement. However, agricultural economic growth in Gansu province has always adopted the traditional extensive mode of economic growth, at the same time, agricultural resources faced with great pressure and the ecological environment in rural areas has been seriously polluted. The shortage of agricultural resources and environmental pollution has been the "bottleneck" which restricts the sustainable development of agricultural economy in Gansu province. The best alternative to solve these problems is to develop the circular agriculture.The thesis is to discuss the circular agriculture and explain the cycle of agriculture in the content, features principles and theories. Circular agriculture is defined as to apply the circular economy concept to agricultural production areas, which adopts "3R" principles as basic guidelines, saves resources and reduces pollution by cleaner production and want of agricultural multi-use, and by the echelon, closed loop flow of material energy, and truths the agricultural ecological system to the positive direction, and to achieves sustainable development of agriculture. The thesis generalize the present situation of the circular agriculture in Gansu province, and analyze the main advantage of circular agriculture and the constraints. Then, the thesis puts forward the mode of developing Gansu circular agriculture with the actual agricultural resources in Gansu province.The circular agriculture development in Gansu province is a project that calls for supports from the whole society. In the fourth part of the thesis, the solutions of solving the problems of Gansu circular agriculture are proposed:to promote the strategic adjustment to Gansu agricultural patterns; to reinforce the support to loading enterprises in agricultural product of Gansu province; to coordinate the relationship of strengthening province strategy by industrialization and developing circular agriculture; at the same time, to develop carbon sequestration economy to offer continuous support for the development of circular agriculture. In this part, it is also proposed that we should establish complete law and regulation system and strengthen investment in publicity and education for the Development of Circular Agriculture in Gansu Province to provide security.
