With the development of electronic information and globalization, many firms want to expand their business. How to reduce office overhead costs and improve the efficiency of employees? How to survive and development facing the fierce competition market environment and development opportunities when enterprises are on the way of globalization? This article identifies the three Vs: Virtual, advantage and Value that will define the benefits of virtual office.Virtual office turned up in Japan firstly has developed from "sharing office". It usually offers a prestigious corporate address and one station office service.The flexible working is now established in many organizations and virtual office is a good choice. Although the virtual office is different from the traditional office and the office in the virtual world, it helps the company focus on its core business and it is a trend of the further organization structure. The concept of virtual organizations should be highly developed.
