With the steady development of China's economy and the maturing of the market environment,the diversification and complexity of logistics demand have made higher requirements on the development of modern logistics industry.But at present the resource use efficiency of most of logistics enterprises is still low,there are the pressing needs of integrating and sharing logistics resources for logistics enterprises as the market economy is changing.Through reasonable and scientific resources integration,logistics enterprises can respond to market opportunities more quickly and meet customers' needs better,which is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the current logistics industry.In recent years,the research on the integration of enterprise logistics resources has been enriched by the academic scholars,but most of them only study the resource integration of logistics enterprises from the perspective of macro strategy or micro technology application.Combining the perspective of macro and micro,this article put forward nested virtual logistics network operation mode,and establish organizational resource integration decision-making model based on the network operation aiming for the overall optimal.Then,solving the integration optimal decision scheme,which plays a guiding role of the integration study of logistics resources and logistics enterprise operation.The main research work of this article includes:(1)Based on the existing research,the article analyzes the integration of organizational resource on nested virtual logistics network.Analyzes the study related theoretical basis after clearing the research scope and focus,which including logistics network theory,the theory of virtual logistics enterprise,logistics resources integration theory,etc.And lay a theoretical foundation for further studies.(2)Put forward the operation mode of nested virtual logistics network,whose characteristics is the organic combination of the nested symbiosis network and the virtual logistics enterprise network.The network highlight the dynamics and hierarchy,making the application of the logistics network has better compatibility.Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics and relationship between nodes of nested virtual logistics network,the article propose the logistics resource integration process,which produce a basic condition for establishing organizational resource integration decision-making method.At the same time,the process and network framework of logistics organizational resource integration decision-making in nested virtual logistics network are put forward.(3)On the basis of the established decision-making framework of logistics organization resources integration,this article studies the method system of resource integration decision-making in logistics network with multiple tasks.Firstly,through the matching process of logistics sub-tasks and logistics organizational resources,the alternative resource pool is obtained,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of the integrated decision-making.The next step consider the factors of logistics task execution,set up logistics organizational resources integration decision-making model with the goal of optimization of time,cost and quality.Then put forward the solving method based on genetic algorithm,which established a complete method system of logistics organization resource integration decision-making.(4)Based on method system of logistics organization resource integration decision-making in the nested virtual logistics network,set up the nested virtual logistics network based on the core enterprise,and by using the mathematical software simulation,validate the effectiveness of the logistics organization resources integration decision-making model.And prove the study's theoretical and practical significance for logistics organization resources integration decision problem.
