Study On Financial Analysis&Countermeasure Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation

The shadow of the American financial crisis has not left, but the euro crisis is becoming increasingly grave and polarized. Under the economic globalization, every country and company, faced with the complex political and economic environment at home and abroad, manage alone or stand aloof. For a firm, how to estimate and predict its future managing achievement, financial condition, cash flows and other business statistics. Especially, based on the above, it is so critical to make the right decisions that companies seek out their strengths/weakness and all kinks potential risks in the light of actual situation.This thesis takes the financial statement of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation Limited as research subjects from2007to2011. and uses the Harvard financial Analysis system as framework with ratio analysis, comparative analysis, and trend analysis and factor analysis to analysis the financial position, business performance and cash flow.Firstly, it estimates the accounting policy and accounting estimate, and then estimates business performance with debt paying ability, operation capacity, profitability, growth ability under sound assumption. In the end, this thesis proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for SAIC’s current situation.
