biological resource power generation.Affected by global climate change and the improvement of my country’s comprehensive national strength,whether it is economic strength or improved awareness of environmental protection,the domestic power industry is actively moving towards the direction of energy structure adjustment,and energy conservation and emission reduction has become an unavoidable performance indicator..However,due to differences in regional resources and the current level of science and technology,human beings are still relatively dependent on coal resources when they study the topic of "boiling water",which also affects my country’s energy consumption structure.The main energy source is still coal-fired power generation,and this status quo will continue for a long time.By the end of 2020,my country’s thermal power generation capacity accounted for 57% of the total installed power capacity,and coal-fired power generation accounted for 70% of the total power generation.Thermal power still occupies an important position in the electricity market in the short term.However,under the influence of macro-policy and micro-industry environment,the state has continuously introduced stricter but energy-saving emission reduction and environmental protection policies to promote the reform of the power system,and the market environment is changing rapidly.It poses new challenges to thermal power generation enterprises in terms of production experience and strategic development.N Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.was completed and put into operation in 1994,and the company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on May 20,1994.From the perspective of geographical distribution,the business of N Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.is mainly for the western part of Inner Mongolia,the eastern part of Inner Mongolia,the northern China,the northeast,and the power supply.Therefore,under this background,this paper uses the Harvard analysis framework to carry out a comprehensive financial analysis of N Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd.from four dimensions:strategic analysis dimension,accounting analysis dimension,financial analysis dimension and prospect analysis dimension.,and give an evaluation according to the analysis results,so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the situation of the enterprise,adapt to the tide in the changing situation,put forward higher requirements for the enterprise itself,give solutions to existing problems and put forward effective suggestions.Other similar companies in the industry provide development strategy reference.Based on the Harvard analysis framework,this paper combines the longitudinal analysis of the company’s life and time axis with the horizontal comparative analysis of selected companies in the same industry,and uses a variety of research methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the financial status of N Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.The main research content of this paper is divided into five parts,which are summarized as follows according to the division of chapters:The first part is the introduction,which lays out the research background,research purpose and research significance of
