The R&D network manufacturing, as the advanced manufacturing mode of today’s networks rapid development, is to the sublation and innovation of traditional manufacturing model. Shows as quickly assemble of the space, timely response of the performance, highly open of the structure and parallel operation of the process. R&D network manufacturing system is a non-repair system, if participating enterprises reliabilities in many times lower than the network manufacturing system reliability threshold, the whole network manufacturing system will fail and collapse, so within the network manufacturing system reliability threshold, it is scientific and reasonable that allocate income is the key to success of the networked manufacturing.Income distribution of the R&D network manufacturing based on reliability theory, which is mainly through the following aspects to research. Firstly, for one chief enterprise and federate enterprise’s simple network manufacturing system, the federate enterprise reliability can be obtained in the process of transaction, network manufacturing system’s reliability is the binomial distribution of federate enterprise’s reliability;for one chief enterprise and many federate enterprises complex network manufacturing system, the federate enterprises reliability can be obtained through the integrity files and transaction history, and based on the simple network manufacturing system reliability we can obtain complex network manufacturing system reliability; within the complex network manufacturing system reliability threshold, to build the income allocation model of R&D network manufacturing. Secondly, analyzing the main parameters which affect the income distribution of network manufacturing, just as work effort, income distribution coefficient and risk coefficient, and calculating the optimal value of work effort, income distribution coefficient and risk coefficient; the process of income distribution is the process of Game between chief enterprise and federate enterprise, once the profit distribution allocates unevenly, enterprises are unprofitable and investment yield is too small, will influence the R&D innovation and work enthusiasm, ultimately affect the stability of the network manufacturing system, so it is necessary to improve the work effort, income distribution coefficient and risk coefficient. Finally, put forwards the conclusions and managerial significance of this paper. The results show that:within the reliability threshold of network manufacturing system, the work effort, income distribution coefficient and risk coefficient will reach each equilibrium value.Compared with the general sense of the supply chain, cooperation and innovation, virtual enterprises, strategic alliances and other production organization mode, the R&D network manufacturing has three prominent characteristics:firstly, the R&D network manufacturing can be integrated of manufacturing capacity in a greater range, therefore, its collaborative effect is more prominent; secondly, due to the dynamic and openness nature of the network manufacturing, and the uncertainty of the R&D process, the R&D network manufacturing bears a greater risk; thirdly, participating enterprises of R&D network manufacturing mainly provided innovative products.
