The Moral Hazard In Enterprise Procurement Under Networked Manufacturing

The success of many well-known multinational companies in the world market has proved that the importance of strategic integration of procurement resource, the procurement has been more than just an operating function to obtain raw materials, components or services, it also will be important to gain the competitive advantage for enterprise, and it puts forward higher requirement to theoretical aspect with the procurement practices expanding continuously, the lack of professional procurement theory will restrict the development of enterprise, then enterprise will be at a disadvantage in the global market competition.Moral hazard under networked manufacturing seriously affects the realization of the procurement target which is the main factor to affect enterprise procurement cooperation. So the analysis of moral hazard in enterprise procurement under networked manufacturing can improve the procurement efficiency and the effectiveness of procurement cooperation. In this paper, networked manufacturing, procurement management, moral hazard, game theory and other aspects of the theoretical literature at home and abroad are summarized to understand the issue and its progress in research. It analyzes the affection of moral hazard to enterprise procurement behavior and partnership from the perspective of network manufacturing. It analyzes the enterprise procurement behavior under networked manufacturing from definition, feature, distinction and advantage, and at the same time it also analyzes the enterprise procurement partner under networked manufacturing from the relevant concept, the structural characteristic and the potential factor. This paper divides principal transactions based on the complexity and diversity of procurement behaviors and proposes enterprise procurement cooperation evolutionary model, one-time procurement evolutionary model and repetitive procurement evolutionary model. It analyzes the game model, the relevant variable and the evolutionary path, and then it makes a duplicated analysis on affecting factors of business reputation and cooperative procurement. To improve the efficiency of cooperation in enterprise procurement under networked manufacturing and play an important role of enterprise procurement management, this paper analyzes the avoidance strategy of moral hazard in enterprise procurement cooperation under networked manufacturing from the perspective of system construction, the establishment of effective mechanism and the efficiency of procurement management, and then it puts forward several specific recommendations.This paper puts enterprise procurement cooperation in the environment of networked procurement, and it researches enterprise cooperation of the entire procurement network which is no longer confined to the procurement cooperation issue between two companies. It applies the game theory to the research of procurement cooperation and moral hazard under networked manufacturing, and it analyses the factors to affect the realization of enterprise procurement cooperation target based on the game model of enterprise procurement cooperation and its moral hazard with the asymmetric information. Enterprise can effectively use the networked procurement to achieve its cost reduction and competitiveness upgrading, which makes enterprise resource boundary expand. This paper improves the efficiency of procurement and the effectiveness of cooperative procurement. It also enriches the theory of enterprise procurement and expands the boundary of procurement cooperation which is no longer only focus on the technical aspect to prevent the moral hazard of procurement.
