High-Speed Railway Skilled Workers Training Project Training Mode Research

In recent years, along the railway industry of our country has received a high-speed development, the railway technology and equipments have improved in a high-level. The formation of transportation and labor organizations has reformed deeply. High-speed railway opened for one after another operation, which has brought astonishing achievements in the world. However, the staffs who are at their posts hold the demoded thoughts that fitted in general speed railway. Hence, it is hard for them to adapt the new equipments, technology, materials, craftwork and operational methods. We especially need some talent individuals to work for the rapid transit railway. It is the shortage of skilled workers with fresh knowledge that made a big challenge to the railway development.The following passage stated the advanced training theory of foreign enterprises and puts forward an idea that we are able to utilize SBT conception into our systemic trainings. We also have to combine our old training contents with the advanced model, and take a serious thinking how to establish a project for skillful employees’cultivating. Finally, it is our duty to find out the problems and deficiencies during our works.According to our investigations, we have found that our training system was lack of scientificity. We did not get enough investigations; Our books were out of style; Our methods were undeveloped; Our teachers were of low-qualities; The training effect evaluations tend to be formalistic. Therefore it is necessary for us to analyze each process and contrast the gap between the training management status and training needs. We are supposed to set up innovative thinking and railway staffs’training mode.We should utilize the exisiting resource and replenish training equipments such as emulation of the technique training facilities. We should foster teachers with updated knowledge and suitable abilities. Each procedure may be checked rigorously and the cultivation effect feedback should be paid attention so as to make sure that the training qualities are keeping increasingly. In these ways, we are likely to suit the new situation perfectly.In sum, we hope that my training scheme is able to provide some references to the staff training departments through this dissertation’s research.
