Nowadays, the competition among enterprises tends to incandesce. As leaders, the leadership plays a vital role in enterprise operation and development. Thus, the study of the enterprise leadership has always been a hotspot in both academic and business community. And as a classical enterprise theory, the transformational leadership theory has received widespread attention by researchers since it was proposed. Employees are the core of one enterprise, and the ones directly creat economic values for it. What’s more, their performance is closely related to the economic values they created. So how to enhance employees’ performance and proceed to improve the enterprise benefit in this fiercely competitive society is becoming the focus of the academic and business attention. This article introduces Leader-Member Exchange and "Guanxi" which are based on Society Exchange Theory as the intermediary and moderator variables to analyze the role they are playing in the influential mechanism that the Transformational Leadership impact on employees’ performance.At first, this article makes a conclusion by literature review about the studies the predecessors have done on the concept, influence factors, dimension and etc. of transformational leadership and employees’ performance. In addition, on the basis of the former researches, it proposes the research hypothesis and constructs a set of research model.Secondly, taking example of the maturity scale of previous research, this article takes the leadership and employees in the state-owned enterprise, private enterprise and joint-venture as research objects. And it collects data by using questionnaires survey as well as do further inspection of small samples to ensure the reliability and validity of the scale.In the empirical study, the author uses SPSS17.0to analyze the reliability and validity of the data which are collected by questionnaires survey from numbers of enterprises to ensure the quality. Furthermore, the author also uses AMOS17.0to establish a structural equation model to do further verify of research hypothesis. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant impact on employees’ performance through leader-member exchange on each dimension. And it has various influences under diverse "Guanxi". Finally, this article summarizes the limitation of the research and points out the directions of future research.
