With China’s demographic dividend gradually disappeared, our country is facing enormouschallenges that leave a negative impact on the economy and get the country old before getting rich. Manyscholars believe that it will be unsustainable that extensive economic growth mode which relying just onvast resources and cheap labors in China. After the number of labors decrease, young employees’ who dothe simple repetitive work will be eliminated. Our country has to consider how to improve the laboreducation technology innovation ability and labor productivity. At the same time, enterprise should notonly focus on the question of adjustment of industrial structure, also on how to improve existingemployees’ creativity in the increasingly fierce competitive environment. So it’s very important forenterprise’s innovation that how to stimulate employees’ creativity, luckily, Scholars are very interested inresearch on employees’ creativity.Based on the above background, with employees’ creativity as the research object, this studyparticular discusses the influence of transformational leadership on employees’ creativity process. Firstly,we reviewed a large number of literatures which about employees’ creativity and transformationalleadership, summing up and refining the mutual relations between them; Secondly, on the basis of therelevant empirical research, we established a model about the impact of transformational leadership onemployees’ creativity by using creative self-efficacy for intervening variable and leader-member exchangefor adjustment variable; Thirdly, we collected223questionnaires by means of online and email, we alsouse the SPSS17.0software to analysis the reliability、validity、correlation and regression of the investigatedata; Finally, we obtain the following main conclusions:(1) Transformational leadership have an impact on employees’ creativity.(2) Transformational leadership have an impact on creative self-efficacy(3) Creative self-efficacy plays a role of intermediary between the process when transformationalleadership affect employees’ creativity.(4) Leader-member exchange adjust the relationship between creative self-efficacy and employees’ creativity. i.e., when an employee enjoys a high leadership-members of the relationship withhis/her boss, the employee who also owns high creative self-efficacy will be more creative; Conversely,when the employee who owns high creative self-efficacy and enjoys a low lead-members of therelationship with his/her boss, he/she has to reduce creative behavior because of his/her creativity beaffected.This article put transformational leadership, employees’ creativity, creative self-efficacy andleader-member exchange together to study for the first time, so that make certain contribution for richrelated theories; at the same time, in practice, the conclusions of this article can also help leaders changetheir leadership styles, improve their work methods, so that stimulate employees’ creativity and let theseleaders become real transformational leaders.
