The Research Of Agricultural Subsidy Policy In Dalate Banner

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy.Our country started from2004, inthe national scope of farmers direct subsidies, seed subsidies, farm machinery purchasesubsidy and a series of policy measures to support food production. Agriculturalmachinery agricultural production especially as an important tool of grain production,investment in agricultural mechanization is an important part of strengthening theconstruction of agricultural infrastructure.The Dalate banner is one of the important commodity grain base in China, but alsothe Agricultural Development Zone countries. Research on Dalate’s agricultural subsidiesto reduce the cost of food production, stable food production, food security, is veryimportant to increase the income of the farmers. This paper starts from the currentsituation of Dalate’s agricultural subsidies, by quoting a large amount of data, analysesthe existing problems of agricultural subsidies, and then analysis the cause of theproblem in-depth, finally put forward to strengthen and improve the agricultural subsidypolicy recommendations.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction. Mainly on theresearch background and significance, domestic and foreign research review, researchcontents and methods, and the framework and ideas are expounded; the second part ofthe basis of the theory of agricultural subsidies and the objective necessity. Dalate’sagricultural subsidies is in the third part; cause analysis of fourth part of the currentagricultural subsidies problems; the fifth part is the policy recommendations. The strictimplementation of relevant national laws and regulations, increase the intensity ofagricultural subsidies, financial subsidies to expand the types of equipment and improvethe standard of subsidies, a variety of agricultural subsidies, five aspects of strengtheningthe agricultural sector and public service ability construction.
