| ABSTRACT:With the advent of knowledge economy, the development of high technology has become the main force of the economic development, and the level of high-tech industry competitiveness determines a country or region’s economic strength, so developing of high-tech industry and enhancing the competitiveness of high-tech industry as the main theme for the world economy. Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the world pattern, China has formulated and implemented the "863Plan","Torch Plan" and other high-tech development strategy, which not only enhance the high-tech industry competitiveness of China, but also promote the development of high-tech industry more effectively.With the rapid development of China’s high-tech industry, Anhui province speeds up the development of high-tech industry. Especially after the implementation of the strategy of central China in the country, Anhui province establish the "Pan-Yangtze River Delta economic demonstration zone" and "Wan Jiang City Belt" to undertake the transfer of industries and promote the development of high-tech industry in Anhui province. However, compared to its development in Guangdong Province, and Jiangsu Province, there is a big gap. Therefore, how to improve the competitiveness of high-tech industry in Anhui Province, thus promote the development of high-tech industry faster and more effectively, is a major strategic problems Anhui faces in the new period of economic development.On the basis of the high-tech, high-tech industry and competitiveness theory, the paper analyzes the current development of the high-tech industry in Anhui province, and finish the empirical analysis of the competitiveness of high-tech industries in Anhui province. By drawing on the experience of the development of international and domestic, the article concludes a new development ideas to enhance their competitiveness, which provide a reference for the Anhui Province and other regions of high-tech industrial development and improving the competitiveness of high-tech industries. The results show:2008-2012, the overall size of the high-tech industries, research funding, the number and scale of enterprises and the scientific and technological innovations all showed an upward trend. However, compared with Jiangsu, Guangdong, Beijing and other areas, the level of competitiveness of high-tech industries in Anhui Province is still relatively weak. The results showed that the industry input capacity competitiveness, industrial output capacity competitiveness, competitiveness of industrial innovation and industry support environmental competitiveness of high-tech industries in Anhui Province are all at a medium level. Especially the industry input capacity competitiveness performs relatively weak. Anhui Province ranked only fourth in the six central provinces which reflects the lack of investment in research and research financing channels narrow in Anhui Province’s high-tech industry.This study is divided into the following sections:Charter Ⅰ, Introduction. First, the paper describes the research background, purpose and meaning, and then reviews the research status of domestic and foreign high-tech industry competitiveness. Finally, the paper proposes research content, research methods, technical route and points out the main innovation.Charter Ⅱ, the definition of high-tech industries and high-tech industrial competitiveness theoretical basis. The paper introduces the high-tech industries related concepts and the characteristics of the high-tech industry, and then the paper studies the competitiveness of industries and high-tech industry competitiveness evaluation theory and literature that provides a theoretical basis for the following construction index system.Chapter Ⅲ, Anhui Province High-tech Industry Development StatusBased on the theory of competitiveness of high-tech industry, the article describes the national high-tech industrial development present situation, and then analysis the development status of current development of high-tech enterprises, the leading industries of high-tech industry in Anhui Province, the overall situation of high-tech industries in Anhui Province, and the current situation of the development of high-tech industry in Anhui province carrier.Chapter IV, Establish and research methods of evaluation index system of the competitiveness of high-tech industry. The high-tech industry data collected from31national and regional cities. The paper builds the index system and selects the factor analysis and cluster analysis as the main analysis method.Chapter V, Empirical analysis of Anhui Province high-tech industrial competitivenessMainly include industry input capacity competitive analysis, industry output capacity of competitive analysis, industrial technological innovation competitive analysis, Industry support environmental competitiveness analysis and industrial competitiveness comprehensive evaluation and analysis.Chapter VI, countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of high-tech industries in Anhui Province. By the results of the empirical analysis of data, the paper provides corresponding countermeasures and advice for the development of the competitiveness of high-tech industries in Anhui Province.Chapter VII Conclusion and Outlook. Summarizes the findings and pointed out that the main content of the future research work. |
