Research On Rural Households Cultivated Land Operation Behavior And Game Playing Relation Of Different Source Of The Forward-security Livelihood

As the rural micro economic main body, farmers’ enthusiasm of the cultivated land management behavior is not only important to use efficient of cultivated land resources, implement of high standard construction of basic farmland and agricultural land rectification, ensure of national food production security,but also is the basic role of the rural landscape pattern optimization and implementation of the rural ecological civilization. Under the background that Chongqing Municipality was approved as a "comprehensive reform experimental zone", it is benefit for optimizing the space layout of cultivated land and making use of the active function of cultivated land production factors(labor or fund, etc.)investment on the farmers cultivated land production in the process of urban and rural overall development to accurately identify spatial distribution characteristics of farmers’ land management behavior and investment and operation behavior of arable land. At presently, Chongqing has carried out a large-scale comprehensive reform experiment of overall planning for urban-rural, which provides a rare opportunity for study on the farmers’ cultivated land management behavior.Farmers’ cultivated land management behavior is produced under the action of certain policy, market and family conditions. Traditional Acknowledge of farmers livelihood sources mostly belong the current farmers’ cognition of employment situation, which ignored the farmers’ employment trend and sustainable development. As a whole, Acknowledge of farmers’ cultivated land management behavior is hysteresis quality and lack of predictability.Therefore, identify farmers’ future employment status is important to formulate guiding farmers’ land management behavior Policy.lt assumes that policy and market remaining the same and then identifies source of farmers’ forward-security livelihood in the study.On the basis of goal differences of farmers’ cultivated land management behavior caused by the differences of source of forward-security livelihood, the page studies operating space management behavior of cultivated land and investment behavior of cultivated land production factor.The source of farmers’ forward-security livelihood which is recognized by building Agent model includes4types as follow:non-agricultural type, part-time type, agricultural specialization type and agricultural diversification type.Different farmers’ types have different cultivated land management scales, spacial management behavior and investment behavior of production factor. The farmers of agricultural specialization type mainly intend to extend the scale of cultivated land which is near the roads and their own settlements and the range between0.067hm2and0.402hm2.The farmers of agricultural diversification type have a strong wish of expanding farmland. Scale whose spacial layout features is more inclined to close to their own settlements, but their expanded scale is limited in0.134hm2just for the limitation of labor source and the cost of gaining farmlands.The other types is mainly reducing farmland scale which is farm away from their settlements. Especially the farmers of non-agricultural type transfer the land completely out of cultivated land production in suitable conditions Part-time type’s farmers just keep segmental land for the goals of existence insurance and improving economy, whose trend of farmland management scale is reducing gradually.Different farmers of forward-security livelihood sources exist great differences on leasing cultivated land, means of production, science and technology and labor investment. The science and technology investment is the most obvious. Non-agricultural type’s farmers have no production investment behavior for that they are all out of agricultural production. The investment trends of other three types’farmers are different. Agricultural specialization type’s farmers’are attached great importance to the investment on the irrigated land and the other two types trend to invest the paddy field during four kinds of cultivated land production investment behavior.lt finds that the farmers of non-agricultural type and part-time type transfer their cultivated land to agricultural specialization type’s farmers is the best strategic decisions at the scale and the space after who are engaged in non-agricultural work through the Multi-Agent game analysis.It is an important foundation for making policies predictably to guid farmers’management behavior of cultivated land to Study the management behavior wish and decision-making simulation of cultivated land. In addition, it plays an important role in improving the efficiency of the agricultural land management, speeding up the construction of high standard basic farmland optimizing rural landscape layout and realizing rural ecological civilization.
