Study On The Benefit-distribution And Risk-sharing Of Tender Procurement

The tender is a way to choose the best subject of a trading through market competition,and this way of procurement has been widely used in China. However, when we used thisway to procure projects, we found there were lots of problems, and these problems seriouslyaffected the healthy development of the tender procurement market. This thesis studies on thebenefit-distribution and risk-sharing, and put forward some suggestions on these problems.First of all, this thesis introduces the development process of tendering system and somequestions in the tender market. Secondly, the thesis introduces basic theory of risk and thegame theory, and it analyzes the problems of the benefit-distribution and risk-sharing in theprocess, which is based on the theory of risk and the game theory. Finally, some suggestionsare processed from three aspects, the benefit-distribution, risk-sharing and tender market.
