Railway Material Procurement Tender Risk Assessment Study

This paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis method of system analysis- Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the procurement of goods for the railway project will appear in the tender can not quantify the size of the risk factors for discharge in accordance with the order to form a hierarchy, and then through comparison, analysis and synthesis to determine the project the results of a comprehensive risk assessment.
