Measure Of The Knowledge Capital And The Research On The Effects Of Economic Growth In Jiangsu Province

In current society, the status of intellectual capital have become increasinglyprominent, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital hasreplaced physical capital as an independent core factors of production, becoming adecisive factor in economic growth. Due to intellectual capital is the engine ofeconomic growth and economic development, it has become the main form of capitalappreciation in the market economy. Intellectual capital is the first element to promoteeconomic growth which is a key factor in narrowing the economic development gapbetween countries and regions. Therefore, the intellectual capital research hasimportant theoretical and practical significance. In this context, this paper buildsintellectual capital evaluation, using scientific measurement and evaluating intellectualcapital, combines with the specific circumstances of the intellectual capital of JiangsuProvince, making an empirical research on the relationship between knowledge capitaland economic growth. Analyzes ways and mechanisms to promote economic growthby intellectual capital theory; focuses on the promotion of the knowledge capital ofJiangsu Province, and countermeasures and suggestions for its rapid development. Inthis paper, on the basis of access to a large number of domestic and foreign literatureand Jiangsu Province’s statistics, taking Jiangsu Province as example, both from thetheoretical and empirical analyzes the intellectual capital theory and its mechanism andcontribution to economic growth, and proposes suggestions related to promote thedevelopment of intellectual capital. Specifically, this paper can be divided into fourparts: Part I: Summary of intellectual capital theory at home and abroad on intellectualcapital theory research status, and on this basis to establish a systematic framework ofthe intellectual capital theory; Part II: Building the measurement indicator system ofintellectual capital; Part III: An empirical study for the intellectual capital of Jiangsuprovince economic growth, using quantitative analysis method to analyze specificmeasure of the intellectual capital of Jiangsu province; building empirical researchmodel to evaluating the connection between knowledge capital and Jiangsu provinceeconomic growth and analyzing the results; Part IV: Putting forward countermeasuresand suggestions for the promotion of the knowledge capital of Jiangsu Province. This study enriches the theoretical research of knowledge economy and the relationshipbetween economic growth and intellectual capital, providing reference for improvingthe effectiveness of economic development.
