Enterprise Culture Construction And The Integration Of Ideological And Political Work Of The Research

With the development of our country’s economic during the reform and openness inrecent30years, the culture construction of enterprise along with the ideological and politicalwork has become the essential work in its improvement.The mental state, logic on the triggerand the life style of the workers is changing uninterrupted. Its independence, autonomy andvariety are especially extruded. So it is impractical to depend on the traditional ideology andpolitical work. It cannot meet the needs of economic development after the reform anymore.The enterprise’s economic is developing all the time.Enterprise should strengthen itsculture construction through ideology and political work.At the same time promote its corecompetitiveness by its values. Thus propel enterprise’s continuous improvement. Therefore,enterprise’s ideologyand political work is faced with the harder mission.This paper studied the relationship between enterprise culture construction and ideological and political work, first of all, it mainly introduced the connotation and function ofenterprise culture construction and enterprise connotation and function of the ideological andpolitical work, the difference and contact between the enterprise culture construction andideological and political had been worked. Secondly, the necessity and possibility of theenterprise culture construction and ideological and political had been presented, it basicallyhad the following four aspects, the first was the problems facing in the enterprise cultureconstruction, the second was the problem facing in the enterprise ideological and politicalwork, the third was the analysis of the integration necessity between the enterprise cultureconstruction and ideological and political work, the fourth was the analysis of the possibilitythat the enterprise culture construction and ideological and political work combines. Finally,the way to integrate enterprise culture construction and ideological and political work hadbeen presented, which is playing the condensation function of the ideological and politicalwork to promote the construction of material culture; playing the guidance function ofideological and political work to optimize the construction of behavior culture; playing theconstraint functions of ideological and political work to deepen the construction ofinstitutional culture; playing the incentive effect of ideological and political work topromote the construction of spiritual culture, such as practical way of fusion.
