Ideological And Political Work Research On Corporate Culture Landing And Promotion

Ideological and political work is what our Party has been advocating and what our Party’s advantages lie in. Adhering to ideological and political work in enterprises is beneficial to adjust the internal relationships, train high-quality staff and promote the development of enterprises. Enterprise culture, taking enterprise values as its core, is the spiritual guide of the healthy development of the enterprise and the power source, which inspires and agglomerates staffs sense of belonging, enthusiasm and creativity. Based on the SWOT model analysis, this article draws the conclusion that the two depend on and promote each other:By the way of enterprise culture, ideological and political work can enrich its content, enhance the work efficiency of enterprises; enterprise culture construction can convert the content of ideological and political work into the enterprise values. Currently, ideological and political work and enterprise culture construction must be combined closely in order to create the enterprise life and promote enterprise healthy and sustainable development.Enterprise culture belongs to the big social culture subsystem, and exists objectively. Excellent enterprise culture can promote the development of the enterprise. Otherwise it will weaken the organization function of enterprise. Four fundamental standards based on the analysis of those outstanding corporate cultures are summarized:personality oriented, strategy oriented, business principles oriented, and human nature oriented. Due to the limited information, at present, the main research of enterprise culture focuses on the main meaning of enterprise culture, and the relation between enterprise culture and enterprise strategies, enterprise culture and social culture, corporate culture and management and innovation, etc., while less is done about its real implementation. Thus the paper, with the help of typical and specific examples, discusses the ways to construct enterprise culture combined with ideological and political work with the aim to build a team with regulated behaviors, harmonious working atmosphere, good reputation and ideal performance for Chinese enterprises.
