Under The New Situation, The Integration Of Enterprise Ideological And Political Work And The Building Of Enterprise Culture Studies

Education in politics and ideology is the fine tradition and significant political advantage of the communist party.Education in ideology and politics, the lifeline of all other works of Chinese political works, has been proved as a successful and advanced theory of the revolution and construction of our country. The education in ideology and politics in enterprises is the applying of the education of ideology and politics in the business filed, which is also the featured advantage of the enterprise in our developing period. With the development of more than half a century, it has already developed a mature system and theory, which is also the treasure of our party-enterprise combined period. but in the new era, the political and ideology education in enterprises confronted with new situations, education in enterprises needs to adapt itself to the new situation and find a new way of working and innovating in order to take effects.The theory of the culture of enterprises emerged from 80s of last century, which casted sever acclaims and attention once it was being proposed. It had been transferred to china around the shift of 80s and 90s, and was gradually welcomed by the enterprises. As a new form of management culture, the culture of enterprises not only casts great effects on the business affairs but also offers a great many of methods for the ideology and politics education in the enterprises. For the culture of enterprises is the theory that inherited from foreign countries, its theory was originated from the management of western style, the culture differences make a gap for the practice when it is being applied to the Chinese situation. So it takes time for the theory to be adapted and localized to our country.In this paper, the author analyses the definition of ideology and politics education and the culture of enterprises, and also analyses their connections, in order to find their problems, distinctions and their similarities. After that, the author points out that we need to make the two part to join together in order to solve the problems that ideology and politics education and the culture of enterprises both experienced in the current situation, which is also the win-win solution for both of them. Speaking of the current, the join of ideology and politics education and the culture of enterprises has already been a necessity. To take the culture of the enterprise as the media of ideology and politics education has already been recognized by the related fields and experts.Under the new situation, the exploration of the two parts has already achieved many experiences and awarded with few theoretical success, which definitely will push the works to go forward. But in the combination of the two parts still lie a lot of difficulties and clogs. In this paper, the author analyses the principle and rules and the practical solutions of the combination of the two parts, and tries to rise a theory-Employee Assistance Programs-to help the employees psychologically. After that the author tries to find out the way of setting up a shield to the process of the combination of ideology and politics education and the culture of enterprises, and to integrate them to work more fluently. Because only by finding the new system and the innovative solution, the working of the two can be protected and be competitive. In this paper the author analyses the working theory, the protection of the system and the prompting problem of the two combined part, in order to provide a solution for the combination of the education in ideology and politics and the culture of enterprises of the enterprises.
