This paper uses industrial engineering professional knowledge to analyze and optimizeHebei Electric Power Construction for the first Engineering Company red river nuclearpower project.With "time limit for a project is reasonable, occupied resources reasonable,safe, construction quality" as the goal, is aimed at organization operation, constructionproject management, risk precontrol management, technology management, qualitymanagement, material management and related software applications are analyzed, theresearch and design, nuclear power infrastructure industry to gain experience. In theevaluation of the article finally has carried on the overall effect.This paper mainly means all the optimization of site construction as a basis for the useof industrial engineering related knowledge on detailed analysis and put forward theimprovement and optimization scheme. Due to the nuclear power infrastructure across thecountry are still in the exploratory stage, especially the research target of the red rivernuclear power, belongs to the domestic first construction CPR1000pressurized waterreactor nuclear power plant, the domestic all aspects of reference material shortage,foreign reference material is less, the partial contents is taken and thermal powerconstruction want to analogy method.Some optimization of the project is subject tonuclear power construction first applied,but theoretically has optimized constructionmanagement role, specific actual effect remains to be the future widespread rear candetermine the accurate.The innovation of this thesis is that change5W1H method into6W2H1S method byadding cost, contacts, and safety analysis factors, which is aimed at safety and enterpriseconstruction cost control for nuclear power engineering. This thesis briefly introduces theapplication of this method, then using this method analyzes construction from severalaspects, at last comes to more optimal organization and project management method, etc.
