The Inventory Control Research Of Distirbution System For Clnthing Enterpirse Based On TOC

With the increasingly intensification of market competition,it has been unable to adapt to the market competition only based on the management mode of single clothing enterprise,nowadays clothing enterprises pay more and more attention to the overall development of the supply chain.China is a big country of clothes,due to the low admittance to garment industry,it makes the competition intensely,so it is neccessary to use a new management method in order to achieve the market competitive advantage.Clothing products belong to short-life-cycle products,and the market demand frequently fluctuation, it has the characteristics of seasonal and fashional, so the inventory is difficult to predict and control."High inventory, high stockout "coexist is the necessary problem to be solved, while the traditional forecast of the supply chain model is the root of the problem, in order to change this pattern, the clothing enterprises should introduce new management thinkings,to establish the management strategy which adjust to the situation and the features of clothing products, and control the inventory reasonably and scientifically.According to the terminal existing problems of clothing enterprise,this article uses the five focusing steps of TOC to analyse the causes of problems,and try to put forward some measures based on TOC thoughts:establish the central warehouse、carry out the pulling replenishment、 implement the dynamic buffer management of inventory and set up information platform. Through analysing the pulling replenishment processes and use the sales data,commit to analyse dynamic buffer management of inventory based on the TOC how to run in the distribution system of clothing enterprise.According to the composition of the inventory cost,try to establish the inventory cost model for retailers, distributors, manufacturers of distribution system according to TOC model and non-TOC model.Combined with the terminal consumer market demand which provided by a clothing company,then compare the total inventory cost under the two models.By comparison, we find that the order fulfillment rates of retailers and distributors, manufacturers under TOC model is far higher than the non-TOC model,and the total inventory cost less than the non-TOC model,all of these explain the feasibility and advantage of TOC management thoughts.
