The private enterprise brought infinite vitality and vigor for China’s economic growth inrecent30years, But because of the coming of the knowledge economy, the rising in the costof domestic labor resources, and the strengthening of constraints environment, the privateenterprise faced a lot of problems, so it need transformation and upgrading. science andtechnology independent innovation is the must choice, but the more important choice is todevelop ideas, change the mode of the management and the structure of the management.Performance management as an important management structure, it plays a major role toimprove the quality of the staff, promote the organization performance, and realize theenterprise strategy.Firstly, This paper analyzed the private enterprise’s development present situation anddevelopment characteristics which in ZheJiang ShangYu city, combined with thecharacteristics and the interview information of the private enterprise, then analyzed thecharacteristics of ShangYu private enterprise performance management systematic.Then,Thispaper take the ZheJiang NaiLe music copper Company for example, analyze the performancemanagement of it, and research the private enterprise performance management from theenterprise internal operation perspective. Finally, Based on the research conclusion and theexisting problems of the private enterprise in ShangYu city, this paper put forwardimprovement Suggestions from the performance target, performance assessment, performancefeedback, and application of performance results and performance results feedback in fiveaspects.In the future, I will rearch the effect of the performance management by differentcultural and different management, and I will explore how to optimize the Private enterpriseperformance management if considering external environment and internal managementcharacteristics.
