With the development of the market economy, enterprises must implement strict and effective quality control management system in order to gain competitiveness. As one of the effective means in industrial process control products, statistical process control (SPC control chart) plays an increasingly important role to determine process stability, detect abnormal in a timely manner, and reduce the scrape products.Quality control, an important part of quality management, is an important means to establish the process prevention system, maintain the stability of production, and ensure product quality. Initiated by Dr Shewhart (Shewhart W. A.) from Bell Telephone Laboratories in the 1930s, the statistical quality control and tools - quality control charts plays an important role to have real-time alarm and allow people to adjust production in timely manner. However, Shewhart control charts applies only to high-volume production while has less function to small-volume. With the increasing popularity of small-volume production, it becomes more and more important to study the application of statistical process control, which is the essence of classic quality control techniques.Small-volume production is characterized by less data, in-sufficient product quality information, thus unable to adopt the commonly used control method, so there is a need to study the process quality control for small-volume production, and find out more effective ways to easily implemented by computer than classic control chart. This is the topic in this thesis.Based on the analysis and study for the existing domestic and foreign small-volume control methods, this thesis will put forward the main topic: dynamic product quality management method of motherboard base on SPC. The method contains 2 parts. The first part compares a variety of quality control methods to identify suitable quality control methods & parameters for small-volume motherboard. The second part is to achieve dynamic feedback of small-volume quality control program by the statistical process control methods. Finally, the method will be verified by the quality data of certain sales order for a product.
