To probe the quality improve method that is suitable for low volume manufacturing become a heavy focus of controlled field about present quality already. Under short run manufacturing environment, more requirement, influence and process factor and complicated relation of quality specification to process part is required. It is very essential and urgent to carries on systematically and deep studying to the improve method, combining the application characteristic of one kind of short run manufacturing environments and learning wildly from other's strong points.Quality improve is the quality assurance technology during every period. This article has launched the work of studying in the following several respects mainly:At first , characteristic of small batch produce and emphases of quality improve carry through analysis and define. Mostly improve tool of design phase, such as quality function deploy design of experiment and Taguchi methods,carry through analysis and discuss and construct the model of conformity.Secondly, mostly improvement tool of product phase, such as the analysis and calculate of control chart and process capability, carry through analysis and discuss. By probability integral transform theorem, the standardized control chart is constructed. The problems such as control chart varying frequently and being inconvenient in management is solved which exist in multi-specification and low volume manufacturing.Finally, according to the actually of enterprise, the product process is analysed and improved by quality improve tools. |
