| "Degree of Tourists’Satisfaction" (TSD)has already become an important index that is used in tourism service quality. So far, the study of Tourists’satisfaction mainly concentrates on the content of Tourists’s Satisfaction, establishment of evaluation system and measure of Tourists’Satisfaction. As to the evaluation of it, we often use questionnaire to get the primitive data. But it has some limitations that a lot of comments or suggestions can not be completely reflected in the questionnaire. Recently, people can show their views of tourism destinations freely through the travel blogs which is rapidly developed. Meanwhile, the evaluations could help tourists to make decisions. Therefore, research based on travel blog to realize the rating of travel destination tourist satisfaction will be with the important theoretical and practical values. However, there appears to have been little research work on this, and we try to address this gap. Travel blogs were analyzed by the tools of Content Analysis, Chinese Phrase Segmentation to obtain valuable information for establishing the Evaluation System. Then the Tourists’s Satisfaction is described by Factor Analysis, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Importance-Performance Analysis.Main outcomes of this thesis:1. Chinese text mining can be transplanted to the field of tourism-related theoretical research such as analyzing travel blog, travel community, travel BBS etc, which is a pioneering work in this area;2. An explorative way is discussed by applying Factor Analysis, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation theory, and Importance-Performance Analysis to evaluate the level of tourist satisfaction to tourism destination, which could be used in further similar research works;3. The conclusions and suggestions, being intellectual support, could be references in decision-making for the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island. |
