Stacker, reclaimer and loading is a kind of efficient mobile devices, mainly used inport, mining and other relatively rich in mineral resources. Mobile device has thecharacteristics of large bearing, high speed, can greatly reduce the labor instead ofworkers, speed up port material transport speed, improve the level of port automation.Cantilever radius such mobile devices is about40meters long, in field operations need torepeatedly pitching rotary motion in the tens of meters of altitude, under the condition oflow visibility weather, the operator can not accurately determine the distance betweeneach mobile device, there is the collision risk, so for large port set up mobile equipmentcollision positioning system is particularly important.According to the characteristics of Qinhuangdao Hong Kong company coal yardmobile equipment operation, this paper combines the development of GPS single product,in the yard with Ethernet communication with the host computer, PC users display yardmobile devices dynamic operation and alarm information. This paper mainly completesthe following content:Firstly, on the mobile device collision system overall scheme design, the detailedintroduction of GPS receiving module and embedded network module, the upper desktopmodule function and hardware selection.Secondly, the GPS standalone node hardware design and software development, toST company is the latest kernel based on architecture (32-bit high-performanceembedded microcontroller processor STM32F103VET6as main control chip, thehardware peripheral circuit design, using the Altium Designer software for schematicdesign and PCB design, with Vision4GPS standalone node network terminal applicationintegration environment development, completed the terminal prototype machining andalignment.Finally, to complete the PC program development, under the environment of VC++GPS output information and real-time processing to save data after processing as a SQLdatabase, use the MCGS configuration software development Visual interface, realize the dynamic display of mobile devices in the field and alarm information prompt, convenientfor user operation and management.In this paper the development of the port of mobile devices based on GPSanti-collision control system has been applied in Qinhuangdao Hong Kong company coalyard, after debugging it shows that: the system is stable, high alarm accuracy rate, toachieve the expected effect.
