| The study on static electrification of solid material and anti-static technology has been anold subject and a lasting topic too. People have preceded thorough research on this field andobtained many achievements which are applied widely. Because of the complex origin ofstatic electrification, with effects from factors, so far, there has not been a uniform conclusionin static electrification and its origin. But there is a theory in the staticfiled—―contact-separation‖theory which is authoritative and accepted by people. In thistheory, it has a complete description of the course of static electrification in two levels, whichare contact level and separation level. Though this theory can give a reasonable explanationfor most of static electrification phenomenon, it does not work for some special examples. So,this paper thinks that there are some unknown factors which are not paid attention to orconsidered during analysis of static electrification. Because of above reasons, the paper plansto explore the course of static electrification and its discharge in a new angle. At the beginning of the paper, the basic principle of electrostatic, related study at homeand broad are introduced. And then, this paper illustrates the simulate course of generatedelectrostatic, introduces secondary electron emission (SEE) theory and the way of itsmeasurement. We focus on the application of secondary electron emission theory to the courseof static electrification, and testify that SEE yield is a significant factor in the study ofelectrostatic. All of which are discussed in the paper will have active exploration significancefor reveal inherent mechanism of static electrification.According to the relevance between secondary electron emission and origin of staticelectrification, we have deduced that secondary electron emission yield is an inherent factor tothe study on static electrification of solid material. The experiment shows that the change ofSEE yield will affect the quality and polarity of electrostatic potential to some extent, and alsohave an influence on anti-static performance of insulator. The study on static electrificationat the angle of SEE will provide a new way for electrostatic theory research and build a newdirection to the construction of anti-static technology system. |
