Research On Optimizing Distribution Of Rural Settlement At Country Level Based On GIS Spatial Analysis

For a long time, the construction of China’s rural settlement has been in the extensive use of state,due to natural conditions or unreasonable planning restrictions.The distribution optimization of rural settlement issue has caused wide concern.and becomes an important research topic of land science.Taking Pingyang Country of Zhejiang Province as research area, this dissertation utilizes multifarous research methods.including GIS spatial analysis technology; landscape metrics; statistical analysis and Voronoi atlas theory,and carry on research on distribution character of rural settlement and dividing the consolidation types.The database of this dissertation are current land database; DEM digital elevation models and statistics information.At last, the paper intend to propose the migration direction of rural settlement.which need to merge; and optimizing distribution scheme, which could provide a preliminary reference for the consolidation of rural settlement and promote the farmers to live together.Here are the main contents and conclusions of this dissertation:(1) Comparing the arrangement forms of rural settlement in Pingyang Country,from2004to2010. the paper intent to sum up the change ways and layout pattern. With the conbination of GIS;ordinary Voronoi diagram and landscape metrics.using quantitative and qualitative analysis method.the research analyzes the discretce characteristics;shape characteristics and related factors characteristics of rural settlement separately.The high cluster distribution characteristics of rural residential in study area.has a close relationship with topography; geomorphology;resource distribution and socio-economic situation.In addition.water;transportation and town has a more profound impact on the distribution of rural settlement.By the use of buffer analysis,this dissertation recloses the distribution feature of rual settlement,which postponed;relied and been around water; transportation and town.(2) Based on above study of distribution characteristics, using stepwise selection methods. this paper divides rural settlement into five consolidation types,which is Baoru type;Tuozhan type:Kongzhi type;Guibing type and Qianqi type. At the same time,it proposes classification indexes of the five types.which need to be defined. By plotting the histogram,this paper calculate reference threshold; based on the locational suitability and ecological development perspective,this paper selects nine indicators to build rural settlement location suitability evaluation system, the result of which is used to divide consolidation in preliminary analysis;baesd on the mesure indexes of Voronoi diagram, this paper studies the gathering area of rural settlement.Finally, using the indicators,which are derived from the above analysis,this dissertation carries on the classification grouping to the consolidation types of rural settlement,then tries to adjust and optimize the results by using statistical analysis method.(3) This dissertation proposes a distribution optimizing scheme and consolidation recommendations on rural settlement,base on GIS pre-judgement,which can provide a scientific basis for the rural construction of land consolidation and new rural communities construction.The paper proposes different distribution optimizing ways and consolidation recommendations to different consolidation types. By constructing weighted Voronoi diagram.combined with the evaluation system of the absorbtion force of Central Village,this paper divides the sphere of Central Village.the result of which is been used to protocol the migration direction of Qianqi type and Guibing type,which need to merge.At last.this paper intends to show the map results of Pingyang and Kunyang town partial distribution optimization,which has wide influence on the "village relocation and combination" in new rural communities construction and rural construction of land consolidation. While,in practice,this research scheme,which is based on GIS pre-judgement.should be used in rural settlement consolidation,by taking full account of socio-econmic conditions and farmers relocation wishes.etc.
