Study On The Optimization Model Of Rural Residential Area Layout In Plateau Lakeside Area

With the industrialization development and new urbanization advance in China, The optimizing layout of rural settlement issue has caused wide concern,and becomes an important research topic of land science.Rural settlement of the highland lakeside region need more reasonable layout and consolidation because its’ special ecological sensitivity.This paper takes the Dianchi basin in Yunnan Province as research object,based on land use planning data,current status data and social economic data,take GIS spatial analysis method,landscape pattern index,statistic analysis,Voronoi Tessellation as research tool,analysis the land use features,combine the controlling zones of plans and the analysis method of niche-fitness,analysis and evaluation the current suitability degree of rural settlement in Dianchi basin,make the division of rural development according to the landuse features and historical evolution of rural settlement itself,and explore the optimizing layout of different types of rural settlement,formulate the specific plan of optimizing layout.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)using the methods of landscape ecology and measurement geography,combining GIS spatial analysis,research the landuse status,spatial distribution characteristics and influence factors of rural settlement in Dianchi basin, reveal the distribution status and problem of rural settlement in Dianchi basin,to lay a foundation for a theory research basics of fitness and optimizing layout.(2)Building the ecological sensibility division through relevant ecological plan,combine the niche-fitness theory,construct economic,social,natural fitness index system,use the analysis evaluation tool of GIS,measure the landuse layout’s fitness of rural settlement in Dianchi basin.(3)According to the layout fitness and economic sensitivity distribution and the historical evolution of rural settlement in Dianchi basin, dividing the rural settlement into four different development types: positive expanding type,control development type,policy retaining type,consolidation removal type, then explore respectively optimizing layout pattern of different rural settlement,construct project of optimizing layout,offering new ideas and feasible method for consolidation of regional rural construction land.In conclusion, this dissertation takes Dianchi basin as research area carry on research on distribution character of rural settlement, realizes spatial optimizing distribution and determines layout and adjustment scheme of rural settlement. The results show that combining GIS with various types of quantitative analysis methods could analysis distribution character of rural settlement generally. In the end, the scheme provides a scientific basis for the rural construction land sorting, offering new ideas of exploring the balance of ecological protection and economical development in highland lakeside region providing a realistic possibility of new urbanization and new socialist rural communities construction.
