The Research Of Vulnerability Estimate And Risk Zoning About Lightning Disaster In Nanchang Area

This article analyzes the relationship between Nanchang lightning activity characteristics and lightning disaster based on the basic principles of the natural disaster vulnerability and the monitoring data for Nanchang area in nearly eight years,the manual observation thunderstorm days as well as the lightning disaster data, combined with the demographic, geographic and economic conditions of Nanchang District. Nanchang flash density has the space distribution characteristics "southeast more and northwest less".The diurnal variation of lightning, monthly trends and lightning monitoring data show natural lightning corresponds to the same trend, the correlation between the two is better. Lightning disaster frequency does not depend entirely on flash density, consistency between the two is not obvious, high population density and the economic development of the region suffer from the possibility of lightning attacks and a greater risk; lightning disaster and lightning activity distribution are of a certain relationship, but not exclusively, by the lightning activity and the decision, but also with the geographical environment, the activities of personnel, population density and other factors.We select the lightning density M, lightning frequency F, economic loss modulus E and life wearing mold number P as lightning vulnerability assessment indicators, analysis the Nanchang area district lightning disaster vulnerability analysis index value, and then four partitions each index classification determination the lightning disaster vulnerability level, combined with GIS draw Nanchang regional lightning vulnerability zoning map, according to10districts of Nanchang County lightning activity characteristics and geographical environment, staff activities, population density and economic development profile. Honggutan District and Qingyunpu District are extremely high vulnerability of areas. Nanchang County and JinXian County are the high vulnerability of areas. Xihu District, Donghu District and Wanli District are medium vulnerability of areas, Qinshanhu District, Xinjian County and security Anyi County are of low vulnerability.
