The Design And Implementation Of ASP Based Meteorological Information Sharing Platform

In the development strategy research results of china meteorological service,establishing the meteorological information sharing platform is proposed for one of thefour platforms in the development of meteorological service.Thus, it has become anurgent need for the development of meteorological service to establish a safe and stablemeteorological information sharing platform. The research of this article’s topic is inorder to meet this demand，combined with the characteristics of meteorological businessand service，relying on the meteorological information network having build，using theWindows Server2003operating system for the work platform，taking the B/S softwarearchitecture，using of the ASP development environment，HTML hypertext markuplanguage and VBScript script programming language，combined with ADO data accessmodel，dreamweaver webpage design software and SQL Server database technologyand so on，establishing the meteorological information sharing platform《HuangGuoShumeteorological online》which has more comprehensive functions.The platform has three layer logic structure of the B/S，mainly solving the problemof various meteorological resources scattered and difficultly managed in the past. Sincebeing runned，it has played an obvious role in the field of meteorological business andservice，office administration and so on in Anshun City，especially in the meteorologicalbusiness and service，replaced few meteorological application platform based on the C/Smodel and developed in the past，fully realized the network sharing of variousmeteorological resources, effectively improved the modernization level ofmeteorological business and service.In the article, on the basis of simple descripting the basic theory and technicalbackground for establishing an information sharing platform， making a morecomprehensive detail for the meteorological information sharing platform《HuangGuoShu meteorological online》established using ASP technology，making ananalysis and application summary for the related problems encountering in the test andoperation process. In which，the function characteristics，realization method，the specificprocess and programming code of main module in the platform are introduced.Firstly the article makes an analysis and comparison for the B/S and C/S softwarearchitecture, respectively discusses their application in the existing meteorologicalinformation sharing platform，and then making an analysis and comparison for the various techniques used by the B/S architecture, analysising the application for ASPtechnology in the meteorological information sharing platform.On this basis, the articleintroduces the technical line and platform structure of the meteorological informationsharing platform《HuangGuoShu meteorological online》，lists the programming for eachblock separately，introduces the key code briefly，introduces the user management andseveral SQL Server database table structure used. Finally，separately from the testenvironment description， running test preparation， the platform safety runningmechanism and so on several aspects，the article makes a more comprehensive analysisand summary for the running test case of the meteorological information sharingplatform《HuangGuoShu meteorological online》, and makes a summary for the variousproblems and treatment method encountering in its test running process.
