Based on the research of the precise point positioning technology in marine surveys, thisdissertation mainly includes the principle and mathematical models of precise point positioningtechnology, accuracy and reliability evaluation of algorithm results and applications in the oceancontrol measurement, bathymetric survey without tidal observation, marine gravimetric surveyand so on. The primary content and the achievement of the dissertation are as follows:1.On the foundation of analyzing the principle and mathematical models of precise pointpositioning technology, the advantages and disadvantages of the three observation models arecompared, and the major error factors affecting the precise point positioning accuracy,as well asthe methods to weaken and eliminate various errors are researched.2. The internal and external accord accuracy of precise point positioning results areevaluated, and the methods to evaluate the reliability of precise point positioning results acquiredfrom repeated measurements, equivalence and split-half methods are advanced. The threemethods are compared and analyzed by using measured data, and the measures to improve theaccuracy and reliability of precise point positioning results are proposed.3. The precise point positioning technology is applied to the marine control survey.Different observation durations and sampling intervals’ effects on static precise point positioningare analyzed, the measured data are used to verify the practicability of applying precise pointpositioning technology to the marine control measurement, and the application of the high-levelcontrol measurement for reefs far away from the mainland is mainly discussed.4. The precise point positioning technology is applied to the bathymetric survey withouttidal observation. The tide stations’ geodetic heights are confirmed by using precise pointpositioning technology, the high precision measurement results are calculated by measured data,and the problem of the distance limit in traditional differential positioning is effectively solved.5. The precise point positioning technology is applied to the ship-borne gravimetry. Thepracticability of using the precise point positioning technology in ship-borne gravimetric surveyis confirmed by comparing the calculation results of intersection discrepancy from the precisepoint positioning measurement mode and the traditional single-point positioning measurementmode, and the problem of the low accuracy of traditional single-point positioning in open-seaship-borne gravimetric survey is solved.6. The Precise point positioning technology is applied to the airborne gravimetric survey.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several velocity and accelerationmeasurement methods and in combination with the actual marine gravimetric survey, theposition difference method is confirmed to be the surveying method for velocity and acceleration. Finally, the practicability of using the precise point positioning technology in airborne marinegravimetric survey is verified by measured data.
