Group decision-making is the important research fields on the science of decision-making,it is widely used in economic management, project planning, investment analysis, military and other fields. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a kind of effective methods dealing with multi-objective and multi-factor decision. Study on group decision-making problem based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process theory has important practical significance and high practical value.Experts individual preference for attributes or plan information is often expressed as a fuzzy complementary judgment matrix in fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in group decision making.By their preference information transitive relation, fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is divided into multiplicative fuzzy complementary judgement matrix and additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix. Comparison with multiplicative fuzzy complementary judgment matrix,the additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix in the inspection and adjustment is more simple and intuitive, and it is used more widely.This paper analyzes the group decision-making problems based on the preference information of additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, the Main research contents and results summarized as follows:In Chapter1, description the research status of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix and group decision-making problems based on fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, and to clarify the content of the study in this paper.In Chapter2,research the order consistent, additive consistent and priority method on additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, inded the new method of checking and adjusting the order consistent and additive consistent on additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix. Evaluate the existing additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix priority method and commentary the usage for them. Provided security of research for the additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix group decision-making.In Chapter3, introduce three typical group decision-making aggregative operator,as weighted arithmetic average operator, orderly weighted arithmetic average operator, induced ordered weighted arithmetic average operator, and study their additive consistency in the build-up of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, analysis and expand was carried out on the induced ordered weighted averaging operator.In Chapter4, studied the two aggregative way to aggregat preference information of additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix,say as aggregation of individual judgements(AIJ) and aggregation of individual priorities (AIP), and provided the similarities and differences on aggregated sorting.In Chapter5, according to the research results of chapter2and chapter3, established the group decision-making model based on induced ordered weighted averaging operator aggregated additive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix preference information, and provided examples.
