Acceleration of gravity wave buoy verification system driven by checked buoys oraccelerometer as a sinusoidal or circular motion, simulate the movement of the wave buoy in theMarine environment, through the output data of buoy is processed and compared with the setvalue, achieves the goal of buoy calibration and adjustment.Paper introduces the acceleration of gravity wave buoy verification system developmentpresent situation at home and abroad, illustrates the research purpose and meaning. Through theanalysis of the working process of the existing system, improved the truss part of the mechanicalstructure, and proposed a new system control overall solution. The whole verification systemfunction definition is divided into three parts, respectively for buoy tray position adjustmentunits,cycle control units and truss measurement unit. Buoy tray position adjusting unit designthe hardware of bluetooth serial port communication and ultrasonic circuit, communicationprocess; Cycle control unit combine PLC and frequency converter, introduce PID feedback torealize stable control cycle of the truss; Measurement unit collect and transmit simulating waveheight data and time interval, designed the photoelectricity coupling circuit and serial interfaceconversion circuit, and software design thought is presented; Upper PC as the center of thewhole system complete control command to set and for the purpose of receiving data.Finally on the bluetooth wireless transmission hardware debugging; Fuzzy PID intelligentalgorithm are discussed, and combined with frequency converter and ac motor mathematicalmodel, according to the specific parameters of the selected inverter and the motor the Simulinksimulation and comparison results show that the fuzzy PID has better control effect than normalPID, better for the future implementation pointed out the direction of the cycle stability of thesystem; According to experimental data analyzes the cycle control error and long-term stabilityof the measurement.
