With the development of meteorological modernization, the automaticmeteorological observation stations have been put into use all over the country. So far,more than1700automatic meteorology observation stations have been built and put intooperation in Shandong Province. Surface automatic meteorology observation net hasbeen improved greatly by building automatic meteorological observation stations.Automatic meteorological observation stations provide a large number of meteorologyobservation data for the local weather service and disaster prevention. But how toensure the accuracy of the data is the focus which all national meteorology staff put on.In this thesis, aiming at the verification and calibration of the automaticmeteorological station, a set of automatic meteorology observation verification qualitycontrol system has been developed which makes the automatic weather station ofmetrological verification, automated batch, intensive, visualization. The systemenhances the accuracy and reliability of data. The main research contents are as follows:1. The requirements of automatic meteorology observation verification qualitycontrol system. The operation rules and commonness have been summarized byenquiring. It lays a good foundation for the control of collecting data, management ofcertification and cycle.2. The automatic meteorology observation verification quality control system hasbeen designed. They are principles of design of the system stage implementation, easeof use, integrity, standardized and scalable. The system must be easy and operationconveniently. It provides reminder information of conditions and error in business. Itfollows the processes and standards. The business module can put into the system in thefuture.3. The automatic meteorology observation verification quality control system hasbeen achieved. The achievement of the system involves three steps building theframework of the system, function of module and the comprehensive integrated systemplatform. The system needs several exploration platforms. It involves Step7MicroMIN,SIDirect DAServer, In Touch, myEclipse and Java.4The automatic meteorology observation verification quality control system hasbeen tested. In order to improve the performance and function and find the error, the software has been tested.
