With the rapid development of economy and society, the continuous improvement of infrastructure construction of our country, in order to develop China’s coastline and to utilize the ocean space resources, in recent years the projects of reclaiming land from the sea and the artificial island began to flourish. According to the State Oceanic Administration statistics, until2012, China has reclaims area for13598.74hectares, of which13454.91hectares are land reclamation. The scientific reclamation has become an important pillar of economic development. But in the process of the artificial reclamation, it will meet all kinds of problems, such as environmental protection, coastal pollution, sea waves, currents, etc., which may result in huge economic loss and great social impact. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the construction scheme, and provide guidance for construction. This study is based on the west coast of Penglai cultural tourism area farmland reclamation project, and it focous on the construction schemes of the artificial island, connection with the shore land. The main results obtained are as follows:1.Through the reclamation of shoreline restoration project participation and knowledge accumulation area on the west coast of Penglai cultural tourism, combined with the engineering environment, geological, geomorphological and position, with many years of experience in construction of similar large-scale earthwork engineering, construction of large-scale blasting of the project were discussed and demonstrated in-depth, finally determined the blasting scheme.2.The large earthwork engineering is analyzed, combined with the characteristics of the project and project requirements, comparison demonstrates that rail transportation, belt transport and motor transport three plan, the combination of these three schemes on the cost and operation are analyzed, the rail transport, loading and unloading coal units and terminal units to understand the two schemes are point to point transport, affected by topography, not often change positions, and the belt transport on the particle size in particular; belt transport, respectively, to the Yanzhou mining machinery and equipment company and the North heavy industries to consult experts made a deep understanding of the performance of belt conveyor, experts unanimously recommended belt transport is not suitable for large stonework transportation, switch to other programs. Automobile transportation is I know, flexible, little affected by landform, terrain, can increase or decrease the number of devices according to the progress of the project, the cost can be effectively controlled, the final determination of the earthwork transportation plan, recommend the use of large excavator and truck and mine car transport, bulldozers and loaders leveling.3.Combined with the actual situation of the project, also focus on the following results:(1) material area mining method;(2) mechanical equipment and combinations;(3) the slope revetment and vertical revetment construction technology protection.
