| With the rapid economic development in China, the quality of life improvedsignificantly,"eco-tourism" that both protects natural environment, but also makesmental and physical pleasure of tourism tourists already loved by the people. At thesame time, Chinese eco-tourism industry is also facing many problems, mainlyreflected in the eco-tourism resources is suffering from pollution and destruction, anddifferent levels of environmental carrying capacity has reached its limit and so on.Faced with these problems, we must strengthen the legal protection of the eco-tourism industry, and its core is to strengthen the legal protection of the eco-tourismresources. So a series of ecological resources to build and improve the legal protectionsystem tourism has become the only way to solve the problems. Eco-tourism is asystem of legal protection of resources refers to the specific social relations inecological conservation, management, development, use and other activities in theform of tourism as an adjustment to the object system of legal norms. However, thelegal construction of eco-tourism resources protection is still in its infancy, there arestill many bottlenecks that hinder its healthy development, such as eco-tourismresource protection legal system is not perfect, special legislation is lagging behind,ecological tourism resource management authority is setted unreasonable, specific legalsystem is imperfect, the travel value of citizen is obsolescence.Combined with national conditions of China, the author have learned from foreignadvanced experience in the system of legal protection of ecological resources, andmade a systematically analysis for tourism premise of the legal protection of eco-tourism resources. I try my best to explore the cause of protecting our eco-tourismresources bottleneck and creatively forward some countermeasures to promoteeco-tourism resources in China, in order to push forward legal protection and effectivelegal norms in healthy, sustainable and stable development. |
