With the speeding up of national engineering construction,China is in need ofresources much greater than ever so that gravity prospecting is paid more and moreattention to.copper ore is one of Non-renewable mineral resources and is needed in alot of fields,but Chinese copper is relatively poor in quantity and grade.copper ore thatmy country is shot of is has not been made full use of and could be prospected andexploited again.copper ore is High density and magnetism of a kind of mineralresources because of impurity so that gravity and magnetic prospecting can be appliedwell,so we prefer to take the prospecting of Liu Jiaping copper ore twice as thepaper title which is meaningful.It’s my honor to take part in the prospecting of copper ore in Liu Jiaping ofShanxi province and I’m familiar with the local terrain, geologicalenvironment,gravity and magnetism indoor-outdoor processing. my paper applymulti-processing methods to copper ore based on measured gravity-magneticmaterials in Liu Jiaping,compare all results,locate the main fracture structure inmining area and then advocate a precise method of detecting copper ore.My mainresults are as follows:1、make an analysis of the application of wavelet in original data denoise andpotential field seperation,meanwhile build a model to test this method and solve theproblem of how to choose basic wavelet and the number of decomposition.2、apply the correlative imaging to locate the boundary of anomalies and test theeffectiveness.3、apply the methods mentioned above to measured data, denoise, analyticalcontinuation and finally understand the basement.take analytical continuation andwavelet denoise to obtain area anomalies and residual anomalies,combine withgeology information to draw proper residual anomalies,apply vertical derivation andcorrelative imaging to locate the boundary and at last pinpoint the location withgravity-magnetism processing data. Apply horizontal derivation, normalizeddifference method etc so that we decide distribution of fault structure.4、by processing gravity and magnetism data decide seven first class target areasand nine second class target areas.5、sum up the work above and give some advice.
