| The students of the school for kindergarten teachers are a group of people who has aspecial responsibility. To a certain extent, the quality of the students affects the futuredevelopment of the nation. As the mathematic literacy of the would-be teachers set limits onthe mathematic literacy of the kindergarten students. A good enlightenment of mathematicwould awake the enthusiasm of the kindergarten students. The enlightenment is depending onthe mathematic literacy of the would-be teachers.Through the study of literature information,the field investigation on the students ofShijiazhuang Infant Normal College, the empirical analysis of other infant normal college andthe usage of experimental,inductive and deductive method, this thesis studies the situation ofmathematical education in infant normal college. There are many elements affect thecultivation of the students’ mathematic literacy: the improper teaching objectives,the uniformcurriculum of different academic year, the reduction of mathematic courses, the inclination ofthe school curriculum and the mathematic bias caused by massive courses. To prove thestandpoint of those views, this thesis tests and compares the mathematic literacy of theteachers and the would-be teachers of the kindergarten. The comprehensive ability of theteachers is a much better than those would-be teachers. The would-be teachers have slightadvantage in divergent thinking and classifying ability. After a research, the circumstance ofthe mathematic literacy of those two groups is both low. This is not agree with the highexpectation of the mathematic literacy for this group. The contradiction of the necessity ofhigh mathematic literacy and the low literacy exists. After a deep analysis on the result, thewriter purposed the training strategy of the would-be students on mathematic literacy. Thetraining strategy includes proper class hour which guarantees the consecutiveness of the study,definite teaching objective and rational curriculum content of the infant normal college, thetransformation of the mathematic course organization and the evaluation and competition indifferent courses which enhance the innovation of the students.This thesis is based on many surveys. The surveys among the would-be teachers are easy.The sample is based on106students in Grade2011and2012from Shijiazhuang InfantNormal College. The surveys among the kindergarten teachers are quite a struggle. The writer released and collected the questionnaire during the practice supervision and the provincialtraining of kindergarten teachers. These one hand materials pervade a real learning andthinking circumstances of the would-be teachers and kindergarten teachers. It shows theteaching problems and has some guidance on mathematic teaching in the infant normalcollege. The writer expects that the improvement strategy on mathematic teaching purposedby this thesis would receive the attention of the infant normal colleges and the mathematicliteracy of the students in the school for kindergarten teachers would improve. |
