It has been more than20years from the Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) born. During this period, theory of Lattice Boltzmann Method and its application research have achieved rapid development, and gradually become a hot research field, it has attracted high attention of many researchers at home and abroad. Lattice Boltzmann Method is a multidisciplinary cross product, it involves fluid mechanics, statistical mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics of computational mathematics, and many other subjects. The difference of Lattice Boltzmann Method from the traditional method is that it is based on the theory of molecular motion, it is continuous method on the microscopic, therefore is simulation method on the macroscopic. Lattice Boltzmann Method can simulate in many fields effectively that traditional methods couldn’t do, such as biological fluid, porous medium, magnetic liquid, micro-scale flow and heat transfer, crystal growth, etc.The Lattice Boltzmann Method as a new kind of fluid mechanics calculation method, has been recognized, its precision and efficiency have been widely confirmed, and this model has been widely applied in multiphase flow, particle flow slurry, turbulent flow and chemical reaction diffusion systems. Lattice Boltzmann Method is a kind of discrete statistical model, it has a small amount of calculation, the characteristics of simple programming, high calculation efficiency, above all make it develop very fast. Lattice Boltzmann Method is useful for large scale numerical simulation, the blood flow system is a special complex boundary conditions and the typical biological systems. In this article, we will use Lattice Boltzmann Method for the rolling massage of TCM and particle motion for a preliminary exploration in the bifurcation pipe. Our work includes:(1) The introduces of the theory of Lattice Boltzmann Method.(2) To build the D2Q9model of Lattice Boltzmann Method, simulate the Poiseuille flow, and compare the results of the numerical simulation with the theoretical value, it is used to inspect stability and reliability of the program, laying the foundation for the research of the blood flow.(3) To the rolling massage of the Traditional Chinese Medicine with Lattice Boltzmann Method, set up the rolling massage model with lattice Boltzmann Method and simulate the change of blood flow in blood vessels when the blood vessels become narrow due to massage deformation. The rolling massage technique of frequency is one of the main factors that affect blood flow, so we simulate the different pulsating frequency, the original pulse frequency, the double pulsating frequency and the triple pulsating frequency, Then we draw a conclusion that the largest average blood flow is between double pulse frequency and triple pulse frequency.(4) To simulate embolism situation with the Lattice Boltzmann method when there are multiple particles move in the bifurcated pipe. Through the simulation of particle movement, we find when the pressure of the bifurcation pipe is constant, no matter how big the hematocrit is, the total pipeline is the most prone to thrombosis; In the condition of small hematocrit, small diameter pipeline appear more easily embolism than large diameter pipe, and in the case of the large hematocrit, large diameter pipe is more prone to embolism. When the hematocrit of the Bifurcation pipe ends is constant, no matter how big pressure is, the total pipeline is the most prone to thrombosis; In the condition of small pressure, small diameter pipeline appear more easily embolism than large diameter pipe, and in the case of big pressure, large diameter pipes are more prone to appear embolism.
