The cerebral aneurysms threaten the human health seriously. Although there is no specific cause of the disease, the hemodynamic mechanism is considered to be a major factor. In clinical treatment, the interventional stent therapy which have the adventage of low risk compared to the traditional surgical methods achieved a good therapeutic effect,so it has becoming the main method to study the problem and drown the attention of the experts. The Lattice Boltzmann Method(LBM) is a new method of a fluid system modeling and simulation, which has been developed rapidly in recent years. It is between microscopic molecular dynamics model of the fluid and macro-continuous model mesoscopic model, which combine the advantages of them. The combination of LB method and the blood flow has been proven to be an effective method. The structure and the rotation of stents need to be further discussion, the thesis just futher study the impact of the stent by the non-uniform lattice Boltzmann method. The non-uniform lattice Boltzmann method combine the lattice Boltzmann method with the non-uniform mesh,it can get the same precision with lower calculation, what's more, it can get the accurate information of flow field where dramatic changes in dynamics.Firstly, we simulate the blood flow of the stent in the two-dimensional situation, where we focuse on analying the effect of stenting of cerebral aneurysms hemodynamic. The paper focuses on the hemodynamic impact of the stented in different cases, including different rotation of triangle stent, different structure of stent, such as trangle, square, rectangle, trapezoid, and different position of stent which developped an new method based on the rule of greedy.Secondly, we simulate the blood flow of the stent in the three-dimensional situation. We focuse on the hemodynamic impact of stenting and the situation of blood flow in cerebral aneurysms. The thesis is processing by GPU based on CUDA, combining the parallelism of LBM. The numerical simulation results in the clinical treatment of certain reference value and provide the gudiance of designing the stent.
