Land resources as a natural resources, which is not only the basis of the survival and development of human society but also the important means of production, with the continuous progress of the study on sustainable development, it was found that maintain and protect ecosystem services is essential. From the perspective of the ecological environment and land resources, has been ignoring the ecological value of land as the carrier, although land economic benefits evaluation system has been formed, it was still remain at the level of simple qualitative analysis of land ecological efficiency. Therefore, quantitative analysis of the variation of the land ecosystem services value has far-reaching significance to the healthy development and environmental protection of regional ecosystems.Linxia city lay on northwest Loess Plateau of China, upper reaches of the Yellow River, with special geographic position, natural conditions are very complex, which is the ecological protection area of southwest of Lanzhou city. In recent years, however, with the rapid socio-economic development, the ecological environment quality is deteriorating, the local regional ecological security is seriously threatened, which has become an important factor to constrain the sustainable socio-economic development. From the point view of management of land resources, based on ecological theory to explore the land ecological management, combined with survey data of Linxia land use from2001to2008, using the Costanza method of calculating the value of ecosystem services and the table of the Chinese terrestrial ecosystem service value per unit area. Studied the impact nearly9years of land use change on ecosystem service value of Linxia city,(1) The overall land use change perform the characteristics of four increase an four minus, garden, woodland, construction land, communications and water conservancy facilities land is increase, farmland, grassland, water and unused land is decrease, overall to maintain homeostasis. Farmland, woodland, garden and construction land are major type of land use changes.(2) Through the calculate of land use dynamics, the change of land use type is faster from2001to2008, annual rate of change ranged from-0.01%to5.66%,the biggest change including farmland, woodland, water, garden and construction land, the annual rate of the change to-0.40%,0.84%,0.74%,-0.24%and0.19%.(3)The results show that the total value of ecosystem services has increased27.97million yuan from2001to2008, from a macro point of view land-use type of adjustment is sustainable development, mainly due to ecological policy. To ensure the stability and improving of regional ecological environment, the awareness of ecological management need to strengthen, proposing the corresponding ecosystem management policies and proposals, according to the actual situation of the study area.(4) The dominant model of the studied period was well-coordinated to Linxia land use and environmental, changed from the lagging land use period of reluctantly-coordinated development model to the lagging land use period of Primary and intermediate coordinated development model and then the ecological environment lagging well coordinated development model.Land use and the ecological environment degree of coordination showing a rising trend, and both of them gradually towards the track of coordinated development.(5) To ensure the stability and improving of regional ecological environment, the awareness of ecological management need to strengthen, proposing the corresponding ecosystem management policies and proposals, according to the actual situation of the study area.;It is concluded that the computation model in this paper is a useful tool for evaluating the Degree of coupling between land use and ecological environment with high operability and credibility, which would be helpful to provide targeted recommendations for land use in Linxia Autonomous Prefecture.
