The Study On The Legislation Of Ecological Environment Protection In Enshi Tujia And Miao Autonomous Prefecture

With the development of economy and society, environmental problems have become a global problem. The ecological and environmental problems of Enshi are also becoming more and more serious, but the legislation aimed at the protection of ecological environment is not enough. Therefore, this article, which is mainly from the necessity of legislation about the ecological environment protection in Enshi, will analysis and point out the main problems of the ecological environment protection legislation. In this paper, I will not only summarize the experience and countermeasures of ecological environment legislation in several typical areas at home and abroad but also explore how to play the local legislative power, and put forward some suggestions to improve the protection of the ecological environment in Enshi. First, the guiding ideology of ecological legislation should be changed. Second, the legislative technology should be enhanced. What’s more, the legislation should be combined with the characteristics of Enshi legislation. The last is to establish a system of ecological environmental protection legislation. The main purposes of the suggestions are to make the protection of legislation act and perfect the legislation system of ecological environment protection in Enshi. Besides, it can also promote the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable and healthy development of local economy.
