This paper using the evolution theory of regional tectonic, gas occurrence tectoniclevel control theory, summarizes PeiGou influence and coal and gas outburst of themain control factors, on the basis of the mine production in the field measurement andexpose outburst parameters, summarized the data analysis, and draw PeiGou fracturedrawing, then will grade V fracture figure divided into several a cell, using the theory offractal fracture figure fractal study, with the fractal dimension of the fracture structuresystem of regional said complexity.Using the gas geological theory, fractal theory, data fusion theory. first, study ofPeigou mine geological structure and control characteristics, dividing geological units,analysis and summary of Peigou mine geological structure on gas occurrence controlaction, Study on the main affecting Peigou Coal Mine Coal and gas outburst in the maincontrol factors, To construct the mine geological structure, gas pressure, gas content,coal chemical and physical properties of supplemented by a comprehensive predictionindex system. on the basis of, through to the gas pressure, the gas content and pointsdisoline map of comprehensive analysis, it area the fractal fracture system the higher thevalue, the greater the gas pressure, the higher the content, happen coal and gas outburstin the higher risk. And then the mine gas pressure, the gas content and fracture fractaldimension in PeiGou mine range divides the outstanding danger zone, no prominentdanger zone, and rendering of mine gas geology map. The fractal theory and gasgeology theories completed PeiGou mine coal and gas outburst prediction in the area.
